Copyright of Content
The copyright for documents, drawings, images, and designs within the "Dino Tail" site belongs to the administrator of "Dino Tail," with the following exceptions:
- Items where the source is specified, such as [Postage Stamp] or [Source].
- All content displayed through links to other sites.
- The HTML5 template for the site uses the "Gallery" template distributed by AMP.dev.
Restrictions on Use of Content
In principle, the unauthorized use, reproduction, or publication of documents, drawings, images, and designs from the "Dino Tail" site in other electronic media or printed materials is prohibited.
Modification of any part or all of the data is also not permitted.
However, the following cases are exceptions:
- Content for which "permission for use" has been explicitly granted by the administrator of "Dino Tail."
- Reproduction for personal use (e.g., using an image as a PC desktop wallpaper).
- Websites that clearly state the source site and the quoted portion.
- Use for the purpose of linking to the "Dino Tail" site.
Handling and Caution Regarding Postage Stamp Images
Based on the interpretation and claims of the [Japan Philatelic Society, Foundation], the "Dino Tail" site publishes postage stamp images.
Furthermore, in accordance with "items deemed to have received permission" under Article 1, Paragraph 2 of the Act for the Control of Imitation, etc. of Postage Stamps and Postcards (Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications Notification No. 881 of October 30, 1972), the images are processed to include the text "Dino Tail" before publication.
Please be aware that the imitation or reproduction of postage stamp images in printed materials may be punishable under the "Act for the Control of Imitation, etc. of Postage Stamps and Postcards."
